Worked for RCA Victor, wrote large numbers of liner notes. Almost certainly the same person who authored "Jazz Legends", 1995. This was written by "Bunny and Chick Crumpacker", and Bunny's obituary refers to her husband as C. E. "Chick" Crumpacker. Another obituary, refers to them meeting while working in the publicity department for RCA. (At about this time, Chick was Country & Western Promotions Manager at RCA.)
